December 10 – 13, 2013
This tour provides 3 full days of photography beginning Tuesday December 10th leaving Tucson, AZ at 7am and returning late evening Friday December 13, 2013. Ground transportation from Tucson, lodging* and meals** are included. As many as 20,000 Sandhill Cranes and 70,000 Snow Geese call Bosque home from late October until early March.
Day 1
Leave Tucson arriving at Bosque del Apache for the afternoon-evening shoot. Drive 15 miles to Socorro for dinner and bed.
Days 2 & 3
We will be at Bosque prior to daylight for the lift off of the geese and cranes. We will shoot until mid-morning, return to Socorro for lunch (nap) then back to Bosque for the afternoon-evening shoot.
Day 4
Morning repeat of Day 2′s morning shoot. Depart for Tucson by 10:30 am, arrive in Tucson the evening of the 13th.
